WWEELab | UNIVPM brings Italy\u2019s water sector to the VALZEO table<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Universit\u00e0 Politecnica delle Marche (UNIVPM) in Ancona has been a VALZEO partner since the project began in 2023. Its Water and Waste Environmental Engineering Lab (WWEELab) is part of the Department of Science and Engineering of Materials, Environment and Urban Planning (SIMAU).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Over the past four years, UNIVPM has hosted VALZEO researchers on staff exchanges. In spring 2026 it also hosted the project\u2019s international workshop, Science Caf\u00e9 and General Assembly in Ancona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For VALZEO\u2019s final workshop at Ecomondo 2026, the UNIVPM team invited Italy\u2019s water utilities and technology companies to the session. Water utilities, technology providers and researchers will discuss how to remove and monitor emerging contaminants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
