AERIS Visit to WWEELab at UNIVPM
As part of the VALZEO project (Horizon Europe, MSCA Staff Exchanges, GA 101086354), the WWEELab Research Group at Università Politecnica delle Marche (UNIVPM) hosted Josep Anton Torà Suárez, Project Manager at AERIS Tecnologias Ambientales SL, for a technical visit.
The visit provided a valuable opportunity to exchange expertise and explore innovative solutions in water and wastewater management. Mr. Torà Suárez met with Prof. Anna Laura Eusebi, Prof. Massimiliano Sgroi, and Prof. Ike Olivotto, discussing current challenges and collaborative pathways in sustainable treatment technologies.
The program included a tour of UNIVPM’s laboratories and pilot-scale facilities, guided by Eng. Nicolò Ciuccoli and Dr. Daniele Caterino, who presented ongoing demonstrations and experimental setups aligned with VALZEO’s objectives.
This visit reinforced the strong collaboration between WWEELab and AERIS, strengthening synergies in advancing circular water solutions and accelerating the translation of research into real-world impact across Europe.
